Alicia is a Licensed Professional Counselor who utilizes an individualized, person-centered approach to support clients in navigating life’s challenges. She works with adults ages 18 and older and has experience helping individuals with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, stress management, and concerns related to LGBTQ+ identity and human sexuality. Alicia especially enjoys working with older adults and values creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Her therapeutic approach integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gestalt therapy, helping clients build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward meaningful personal goals. Alicia focuses on strengthening both thought patterns and emotional awareness to support lasting growth and resilience.

Alicia has previous experience working in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) setting and at the Green Bay Crisis Center, where she provided short-term therapy and crisis support. These experiences have strengthened her ability to meet clients where they are and provide compassionate, responsive care during times of acute stress.

She holds a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Central Michigan University and has completed advanced training in areas including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, grief and loss, suicide prevention, and LGBTQIA+ competency and aging. Alicia has also completed specialized training through the Alchemy Community Therapy Center to offer ketamine-assisted therapy as part of an integrative treatment approach.

Outside of her professional work, Alicia enjoys reading, watching classic films, and exploring new restaurants as a self-proclaimed foodie.
