Integrative services providing treatment for all your mental healthcare needs.
At The ATT Center, we offer both general counseling and specialized therapeutic services to support individuals across a wide range of mental health needs. Our approach is personalized, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, allowing us to meet each client where they are and tailor care to their unique goals and experiences.
Our clinicians utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to help individuals better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical skills for lasting change. We work with clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health conditions, with a focus on building insight, resilience, and overall well-being.
In addition to general counseling, we provide specialized services for more complex or specific concerns, integrating trauma-informed care, exposure-based therapies, and other integrative mental health approaches. Our goal is to create a supportive, compassionate environment where clients feel empowered to heal, grow, and move forward with confidence.

Medication Management
At The ATT Center, our medication management services are designed to provide thoughtful, individualized care that supports your overall mental health and well-being. Clients meet with one of our board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) for a comprehensive assessment to determine whether medication may be a beneficial part of their treatment plan.
Our approach blends traditional psychiatric care with integrative, whole-person strategies. In addition to prescribing and managing psychotropic medications for children, adolescents, and adults, we incorporate functional, hormonal, and holistic considerations to better understand the underlying factors contributing to symptoms. When appropriate, we offer GeneSight testing to personalize medication selection based on how your unique genetics may influence your response to treatment.
Medication management at The ATT Center also includes ongoing psychoeducation and brief psychotherapy to help clients better understand their symptoms, treatment options, and progress. Our goal is to create a collaborative, informed, and supportive experience—ensuring that each individual receives care that is both effective and aligned with their overall health goals.
Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
At The ATT Center, we offer Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT) as an innovative, evidence-informed treatment designed to support deep and meaningful healing. Our certified therapists have completed extensive, specialized training, ensuring a high standard of clinical expertise and ethical care.
Ketamine is increasingly recognized as a powerful tool in mental health treatment due to its safety profile, legal status, and relatively short duration of action. When used in a therapeutic setting, ketamine can act as a catalyst—helping to soften psychological defenses and allow access to underlying emotions, thoughts, and memories that may be difficult to reach through traditional approaches alone.
This process often involves a non-ordinary state of consciousness, which can create new perspectives, enhance emotional processing, and support breakthroughs in treatment. KAT has shown promise in helping individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other treatment-resistant conditions.
At The ATT Center, ketamine is never used in isolation. Our approach emphasizes thorough preparation, intentional therapeutic support during the experience, and structured integration afterward. This comprehensive process helps clients make meaning of their experiences and translate insights into lasting change—supporting improved mental health, resilience, and overall well-being.
Hormonal Support
Hormones play a critical role in overall health, influencing mood, energy, metabolism, and well-being throughout every stage of life. At The ATT Center, we recognize that hormonal imbalances can significantly impact both physical and mental health, especially in times of stress, aging, or life transitions.
Hormonal health affects both men and women in unique ways. For men, declining testosterone levels over time can contribute to fatigue, mood changes, decreased libido, and changes in body composition. For women, hormonal fluctuations across the lifespan—from conditions like PCOS and endometriosis to perimenopause and menopause—can lead to symptoms such as sleep disturbances, mood changes, brain fog, and low energy.
Our approach is holistic and collaborative, integrating medical treatment with lifestyle support, nutraceuticals, and evidence-based therapies to promote balance and long-term wellness. We are committed to helping individuals feel their best by addressing hormone health as a key component of overall mental and physical well-being.
Functional Medicine
At The ATT Center, we take a whole-person approach to care by integrating functional medicine into our treatment model. We recognize that mental health is deeply connected to the body’s biological systems, and we work to identify and address the root causes of symptoms—not just manage them.
Our approach combines medical management with a strong foundation in biology and pharmacology, allowing us to thoughtfully and effectively target emotional and behavioral concerns. In addition to traditional medications, we incorporate integrative strategies such as herbal supplements, vitamins, and minerals to support overall balance and well-being. For individuals seeking a more natural or complementary approach, these options can play an important role in restoring equilibrium within the body.
We also complement pharmacological treatment with somatic-based therapies that support nervous system regulation and whole-body healing. Approaches such as polyvagal-informed therapy, vagus nerve stimulation techniques, and yoga can help restore balance, improve resilience to stress, and enhance overall treatment outcomes by addressing the mind-body connection.
Executive Coaching & Consulting

Our executive coaching and consulting services are designed to help business owners, managers, and organizational leaders strengthen decision-making, improve communication, and build resilient, high-performing teams.

Whether you are leading a team, growing an organization, or navigating change, our work focuses on enhancing leadership effectiveness while prioritizing well-being.
Our approach integrates evidence-based practices with real-world application, empowering leaders to create healthier workplace cultures, improve team dynamics, and drive meaningful, lasting results.
Employee Assistance Program
The ATT Center partners with a variety of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to provide accessible, short-term counseling support for employees and their family members. EAPs are employer-sponsored benefit programs that offer a set number of confidential counseling sessions at no cost, helping individuals address personal or work-related challenges that may impact their well-being and performance.
Our clinicians provide compassionate, solution-focused care to support concerns such as stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. The ATT Center is already credentialed with many major EAP providers, making it easier for eligible individuals to access services quickly and seamlessly.
If you’re unsure whether your employer offers an EAP, we encourage you to connect with your HR department for more information. Our team is also happy to assist in verifying benefits and guiding you through the process so you can begin receiving support as soon as possible.
What can The ATT Center offer with EAP?
General counseling
Conflict resolution among employees
Supervisory Referrals for addiction issues, workplace bullying, poor performance, stress management and more
Critical Incident Response (based on counselor availability)
GeneSight Testing
GeneSight is a pharmacogenomic test that helps guide medication selection by analyzing how your unique genetic makeup may influence your response to certain medications. The results provide insight into which medications may be more effective, which may require dose adjustments, and which may carry a higher risk of side effects—helping to reduce trial-and-error and support a more personalized, efficient treatment approach.
Our providers use this information as one part of a comprehensive evaluation to inform and refine treatment options, ensuring that medication decisions are thoughtful, individualized, and aligned with your overall care plan.
