Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay and brings a strong background in psychology, administrative operations, and behavioral health support. In her role at The ATT Center, she serves as a key point of contact for both clients and staff, supporting daily clinic operations through scheduling, communication, and documentation, while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Prior to joining The ATT Center, Alyssa worked as a Family Support Worker, where she collaborated with social workers and multidisciplinary teams to support families with complex needs. In this role, she coordinated services, conducted home visits, maintained detailed records, participated in case conferences, and provided crisis intervention and de-escalation during high-stress situations.

Alyssa brings a client-centered, detail-oriented approach to her work. Her experience working closely with clinicians and families has given her a deep understanding of how efficient administrative processes, clear communication, and attention to detail directly impact client care and outcomes. She is committed to creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment for everyone who interacts with the clinic.
