Alyssa Stebane, BA

BA of Psychology, University of Wisconsin Green Bay

I have a strong background in psychology, administrative operations, and behavioral health support. In my current role, I serve as a key point of contact for clients and staff, supporting daily clinic operations through scheduling, communication, documentation, and the handling of sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Previously, I worked as a Family Support Worker, where I collaborated with social workers and multidisciplinary teams to support families with complex needs. In that role, I coordinated services, conducted home visits, maintained detailed records, participated in case conferences, and provided crisis intervention and de-escalation during high-stress situations. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay and bring a client-centered, detail-oriented approach to my work.

My work as a Family Support Worker has directly prepared me for the role of Office Administrator by strengthening my ability to manage sensitive information, prioritize competing demands, and respond calmly and compassionately to individuals in distress. Having worked closely with clinicians and families, I brings a deep understanding of how administrative efficiency, clear communication, and attention to detail directly impact client outcomes.
