I have been practicing therapy for over seven years in an EAP and healthcare setting and for the past four years in private practice. I have a passion for using evidence based treatment approaches and believe that psychoeducation paired with practicing learned skills can lead to successful treatment and/or management of multiple mental health issues and their accompanying symptoms. I often take an exposure based approach to therapy and encourage clients to lean into their fears rather than avoid them. I have completed an intensive training to provide psychedelic-assisted therapy and have had a lot of success in helping clients heal quickly in a non-traditional, but effective, way. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and pets, as well as traveling and spending time in the kitchen.
