I am a board-certified Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed in Wisconsin with 17 years of nursing experience. My background in emergency care, hospice, and behavioral health has shaped my compassionate, holistic approach to mental health care.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Chamberlain University, specializing in Psychiatric–Mental Health Nursing. Throughout my nursing career, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, supporting them through mental health challenges, life transitions, and recovery.

I believe healing begins when people feel heard, understood, and respected. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment and take a collaborative, evidence-based approach to care, with a strong focus on treating the whole person.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 23 years, our three children, and our black Labrador. I love summer in Wisconsin, being outdoors and on the lake, as well as cooking, reading, and working out at my local HIIT gym.
