Madison is a counseling student intern at The ATT Center and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Wisconsin–Superior, with anticipated graduation in Spring 2027. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies from St. Norbert College. She brings a warm, collaborative, and compassionate approach to counseling and is passionate about creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful change.

Madison has experience working with children and adolescents in both educational and mental health settings. During her clinical practicum at Northwest Journey in Green Bay, she gained experience providing individual support to clients, building therapeutic rapport through engaging activities, participating in group facilitation and managing crisis situations. Her previous volunteer work with elementary-aged children also provided experience supporting children with a variety of behavioral and emotional needs and finding creative ways to encourage positive engagement.

Madison values meeting clients where they are and recognizes that therapy does not look the same for everyone. She strives to develop genuine, trusting relationships with her clients and believes that a strong therapeutic connection provides the foundation for growth. Her background in psychology, mental health, and working with diverse individuals has helped shape an approach that is empathetic, open-minded, and responsive to each client’s unique experiences and needs.

As a developing clinician, Madison is committed to continuing to expand her clinical skills and knowledge while providing thoughtful, client-centered care. Her goal is to help clients better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, develop effective coping skills, and feel supported as they navigate challenges and work toward their personal goals.
