FAQs

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We accept most major insurance carriers. Check our list to see who we are paneled with. Check with your insurance company for copay or deductible amounts. We also offer self-pay options if we do not accept your insurance.

Can I do counseling from home?

Yes. Most therapists are comfortable completing visits virtually. However, some therapy approaches are best completed in person. Talk with your counselor to determine which option is best for you.

How long are the appointments?

Your first session will be a 60 minute intake appointment. All follow-up appointments are 45 minutes and occasionally your therapist may complete a 30 minute check up.

Who should attend the appointment?

You may come to your appointments alone or with a support person. Your support person can wait in our waiting area or attend the appointment with you. If you would like to bring a person to an appointment with you as part of your counseling, please notify your counselor ahead of time. Any person under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the first appointment. Parents waiting for children to complete the appointment can wait in one of our waiting areas or book the private Zen Room complete with a massage chair.
