Rheannon is a counseling student intern at The ATT Center and is currently enrolled in the Professional Counseling program at Concordia University of Wisconsin, where she is working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She brings a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy and is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges with practical tools for growth and resilience.
Rheannon works with children ages 5 and up, as well as adults, and values the importance of mental health care across the lifespan. As a parent of young children, she brings a relatable and empathetic perspective to her work with families and individuals alike. She has a special interest in supporting individuals experiencing OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum and pregnancy-related concerns, as well as grief and loss.
Her previous experience includes working in a PHP/IOP setting, where she supported individuals with OCD and anxiety in a structured, group-based environment. Rheannon has a strong interest in exposure-based therapy and integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-focused brief therapy to help clients build effective coping strategies and move toward their goals.
Rheannon’s goal as a therapist is not to make problems disappear, but to help clients build confidence in their ability to manage them. She believes therapy should honor both the difficult moments and the progress worth celebrating. She brings an energetic, approachable, and genuine presence to her work, while maintaining professionalism and thoughtful care.
